Process Improvement

A process is defined as the steps involved in completing a task. Similar tasks in different organizations are completed in different ways. Some are simple and others are complex. An unstructured process can affect waiting time, customer satisfaction, productivity, efficiency and performance.

A Solitrend, we study every process in detail to identify waste, bottlenecks and inefficiencies in operation procedures. Then we collect data through computer platforms and information by interviewing stakeholders. Next, we perform an analysis and develop solutions for each case independently. We build control systems to evaluate process stability. After that, we execute the most appropriate solution and train stakeholders about the new process through our innovative methodologies. We then monitor new process performance using our process improvement tools. After implementation, we continue to follow our process improvement methodology cycle, IDEC, to eradicate any anomalies and root causes.

Solitrend’s process improvement solutions help clients by adding more business value in the form of cost savings, faster solutions and better performance.
